宋恭帅,男,博士,副教授,浙江金华人。于2021年7月进入浙江科技大学任教,主要从事食品功能性与安全风险评估研究。讲授《食品化学》、《食品原料学》和《食品包装工程》等课程。
近年来,主持国家自然科学基金青年项目1项,浙江省公益研究计划项目1项,主持重大横向项目1项(225万)。以第一作者在J. Agr. Food Chem.、Food Chem.、Food Hydrocolloids等国际知名期刊发表SCI文章30篇,发表和录用EI/一级期刊20余篇,申请发明专利4项。主要代表性学术成果如下:
