葛青 女，博士，副教授，1982年4月生，浙江奉化人，2009年6月浙江工业大学生物化工博士研究生毕业。2009年7月进入浙江科技学院任教，多年来主要从事教学和科研工作，先后主讲了“天然产物生物技术”、“生物化学0”、“基因工程”、“生物学基础”等课程，主要从事农副产品生物加工、天然产物的分离纯化与研究，功能性食品开发等领域方面的科学研究工作。目前已主持省级项目2项，省教育厅项目1项，参与国家自然基金、国家“十一五”科技支撑项目、省级、厅局级科研项目10余项。作为第一作者在国内外学术刊物Food Chemistry、Journal of the Science of Food and Agriculture、Journal of Food Biochemistry、International Journal of Biological Macromolecules、Food Science and Biotechnology等上发表学术论文15篇，其中9篇被SCI收录。代表性成果：
